Take A Weber Portable Gas Grill To The Tailgate Party
There is something special about the way that meat and vegetables taste when cooked over gas outdoors. Pork slow cooked over a grill makes an excellent BBQ pork sandwich. Most gas grills will have several burners that are each on separate controls. These controls can all be set independent of the others. This allows one area of the grill to be hotter than other areas. This can be helpful when cooking other items or may be ideal for cooking burgers and hot dogs for a crowd. You will probably want to place the raw meat over the hottest part of the grill. As the meat finishes you can set it on a cooler part of the grill and let them stay warm till they are served.
